Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Please contact customer service by email to obtain a return materials authorization (RMA) number. The customer service representative will require your name, order number, and product number to provide you with a RMA number by email. Include a printout of the email message with the RMA number from the customer service representative with the product you are returning. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. The product you are returning must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item returned is no longer in its original packaging and condition, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Within 30 days of our receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund in the form of payment originally used for purchase.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
- Special orders
- Custom products
- Opened food and treats
- Any used products unfit for resale
Damaged or Defective Items
Shipping insurance is included in all our orders. At the time of delivery, if the package appears damaged, you should refuse the delivery and contact our customer service department. If you received a damaged or defective product in your order, please contact our customer service department by email within 30 days of delivery. Please include the following in your message:
- Name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Product name and number
- A brief description of what is wrong with the product
We will make every effort to assist your return and ensure you receive a replacement product promptly.
